The company was founded as Metroplex Industries, Inc. in 1990 by entrepreneur Willard L. Jackson Jr. During the last decade the firm has emerged as an industry leader in environmental management, total waste management, asset rationalization, diversity enhancements, water engineering, and other industrial environmental services that have resulted in improved safety, productivity, cost reductions, and customer satisfaction.
